Papers are welcome from a broad range of management disciplines, including, International Business, Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Innovation and Technology Transfer, Entrepreneurship, Healthcare and Public Sector Management, Strategic management, Organisational Behaviour, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Manangement Information Systems, Industrial Relations, Tourism, Accountancy & Finance.

A Best Paper Award will be sponsored by the IAM. The recipient of the Best Paper Award will be offered a free conference place at IAM Annual Conference . The recipient of the award will be invited to submit a revised version of the paper for the IAM best postgraduate paper and best paper award and also for consideration in the Irish Journal of Management.
