The Irish Journal of Management aims to publish well-written and well researched articles that will contribute to the understanding of management-related issues in both Irish and international organisations. The Journal welcomes contributions from a wide range of management viewpoints including inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary perspectives as well as traditional disciplines and functions. New appointments have recently been made to the editorial board and new arrangements are now in place for the submission of articles.

Papers are welcomed from both traditional management disciplines and from the new and emerging interdisciplinary areas.
